The ASA Cup is a knockout cup competition in Alexandria. All clubs from the Alexandrian Super 12 and Championnat d'Empire enter the competition.

The competition is a knockout tournament with pairings for each round drawn at random. Teams from the same sector are drawn together in the first two rounds, but in later rounds, teams may face any opponent. The draw for each round is not made until after the scheduled dates for the previous round.

Matches before the semi-final are played over two legs. If there is a tie after both legs, the away goals rule is applied, and if there is still no winner, extra time and penalties are played. The final is a single game, with extra time and penalties being used in the event of a tie.
