The 2019–20 Intercontinental Hockey League will be the third season of professional Florian Ice Hockey and the inaugural season of the ICHL. 30 teams will compete in a 76-game regular season. The regular season will begin in October 2019 and finish in April 2020. Before the start of the regular season, the ICHL World Cup will be held in the city of Northcliff as a curtain raiser.

Qualification

Qualification for the MCHL will be determined according to the following criteria:

  • Playoff Champion
  • Playoff Runner-Up
  • Losing Playoff semifinalists
  • Highest ranked team in the regular season who don't make it into the playoff semifinals.
