The 2013 Gerenian League 3 is the inaugural season of the Gerenian League 3.
Teams finishing first in their respective divisions played the Season Final, with the winner being promoted to the Gerenian League 2, and the loser qualifying for the Promotion/Relegation play-off with the club placed seventh in the League 2. Teams finishing last in their divisions were relegated to their respective Gerenian Provincial Leagues.
