The 2010 Tellian Serie B season was the third edition—and fifth overall—of the Tellian Serie B, the secondary football league in Tellia. The league was contested by six teams, and was held between March and June 2010.
The league was won by Inter Vecchiavo, who secured promotion to the Tellian Serie A alongside runners-up AC Scoglitto.
