The 2010 Hamland Premier League season was the third edition of the Hamland Premier League, the top tier football league in Hamland. The league was contested by Twelve teams, and was the first to be played with the promotion-demotion system. It was held during the year 2010.

The league was won by New Kirrie Thistle, and the top scorer was Andrew Miller with 15 goals.
