The 2017 MHL World Championships is the third tournament of the MHL World Championships, which took place after a two-year hiatus since the previous edition.
Participating nations
All nine surviving nations from the 2014 competition also participated in the 2017 Championships.

The top two teams in the 'A' Conference advanced to the Qualifying Semi-final, with the two next best teams qualifying for the Elimination Quarter-finals.
