An intellectual democracy is a phrase coined in Senya that is used to describe the system of governance in that country. Whilst utilising a representative parliamentary democracy, voters are required to show intellectual ability to understand political discourse, whilst political satire and the discussion of politicians as personalities is highly censored during election season as to ensure that political debates are centred on policy.
