Elena Delgado, leader of the faction named for her during the Second War for Cyberian Liberation. The Delgadans featured an ultra-leftist program coupled with a uber-radical feminism unseen in micronations before or since.

Leaders of groups opposed to the Delgadans when captured faced forceable emasculation, allegedly as a population-control measure. Due in the nost part to this practice, the Delgadans were shunned by all other factions. Her cadre was cornered by United Imperium troops and destroyed by the U.P.E.C. Air Force.
