Juventud Resplandeciente
Juventud Resplandeciente (Alexandrian: Jeunesse Resplendissante; Martino: Juventud Resplandeciente; Wechua: Wayna K'anchariy; Istvanistani: "Radiant Youth") is the youth wing of the Civic Governance Alliance, established at the party's Founding Congress on 8.IX.1750 AN. The organization seeks to engage younger New Alexandrians with the principles of Resplandorismo, particularly its emphasis on evidence-based governance and anti-corruption activism. Membership is open to citizens between the ages of 16 and 35.
Juventud Resplandeciente operates with considerable autonomy from the parent party, electing its own leadership and setting its own priorities within the framework of the Seven Rays. The organization maintains chapters at major universities and in communities across Nouvelle Alexandrie, focusing on civic education, voter registration, and policy research. Its founding reflected the CGA's recognition that younger voters had shown particular interest in the party's anti-corruption platform and transhumanist commitments.
