The Royal Academy of Parap (Martino: Academia Real de Parap; Wechua: Parap Qhapaq Yachay Wasi) is a prestigious private K-12 institution in Parap, Wechua Nation, Nouvelle Alexandrie. Established in 1650 AN by Sapa Wechua Atoc Pachacuti I, the Academy has maintained a unique admissions model that allocates 50% of places to children of Wechua nobility and professional elites, while reserving the remaining 50% for academically gifted students from working-class backgrounds who qualify through competitive examination. The institution provides highly advanced and rigorous education for approximately 1,200 students, who upon completion are awarded bronze, silver, or gold baccalaureates based on academic achievement. The Academy has retained official royal patronage from every Sapa Wechua and King of Nouvelle Alexandrie since its founding.

The Royal Academy is widely regarded as the most academically demanding secondary institution in the Wechua Nation and consistently ranks among the top schools in Nouvelle Alexandrie. Its distinctive social mixing policy has produced generations of leaders who transcend traditional class boundaries, while its baccalaureate system has become influential in educational reform movements throughout the Federation. Notable alumni include members of the House of Inti-Carrillo, military commanders, government ministers, leading scientists, and prominent business figures.
