The Federal Emergency Management Academy (FEMA) is a federal training institution in Cárdenas operated by the Department of Interior of Nouvelle Alexandrie to educate emergency management professionals, civil defense personnel, and disaster response coordinators throughout Nouvelle Alexandrie.
