Walseife is a Protected Regional Product under the Xäiville Convention

Walseife is a soft soap made out of whale (or dolphin) fat and caustic potash that is most traditionally used for household cleaning. Walseife is not hydrogenated, giving the soap a particular "fishy" smell that not everyone can appreciate but that is associated with cleanliness in Walstadt and Light. The soap is not widely exported.
