The National Youth Service of Oportia (Alexandrian: Service National de la Jeunesse d'Oportie) is a mandatory civilian service program established by the National Salvation Council on 15.I.1745 AN as part of the "Administrative Purification" and "National Security" pillars of the "Four Pillars" policy. The program requires all Oportian citizens aged 18-25 to complete 18 months of service in areas including infrastructure reconstruction, coastal defense support, agricultural development, and civic education, with particular emphasis on rebuilding communities affected by the Corsair Resurgence.

Administered jointly by the Oportian Security Forces and civilian coordinators appointed by the National Salvation Council, the service combines practical work experience with ideological education promoting national unity and support for the military government. While officially presented as a non-political initiative to address labor shortages and promote civic responsibility, critics view the program as a tool for political indoctrination and social control, particularly given its curriculum components emphasizing loyalty to the National Salvation Council and the principles established following the 1744 Oportian coup d'état, such as the New Oportian State.
