The Louisian Cultural Association (LCA) was a non-profit organization dedicated to raising awareness within Nouvelle Alexandrie of Louisian discrimination and oppression in the United Principalities of Cibola. Founded in 1736 AN and headquartered in Cárdenas, it operated a cultural center in the city until its dissolution following the resolution of the Louisian Crisis and the implementation of the Louisian Decree.
