The Haubitzepatrone 155x600 Internationaler Standard, abbreviated as HauPa 155/600 is an artillery shell that is designed and produced by the Waffenschmiederei Ludwigshafen for howitzers. The shell was designed to be compatible with, for example, the SAI Bigbaddaboom 155, manufactured by Sanama Arms Industries and other 155mm artillery systems in use across Micras. The reason for adopting the international standard was the ability to produce ammunition for other nations in peace-time, so the factory would be able to justify a high production level that would be required in wartime.
