The Shrine of the Ancestors (Wechua: Ñawpa Machukuna Wasi) is a sacred Wechua site located 487 kilometers northwest of Cárdenas, Nouvelle Alexandrie. This ancient terraced pyramid structure, whose name translates to "House of the Ancient Ancestors," serves as a significant religious and cultural landmark for the Wechua people and the nation of Nouvelle Alexandrie.

History

Dating back to the ancient Wechua state, the exact construction date of the Shrine of the Ancestors remains unknown. However, archaeological evidence suggests it has been in continuous use for religious and ceremonial purposes for several centuries.
