The Secundus Foederatio (Problematic, Istvanistani: Second League) is the second-tier football league in the Confoederatio Aemilia, it is organised by the Foederatio Pedilusoria Aemilia. Twelve teams compete in the league, each playing twenty-four games a season. Each seasons takes two Norton years. Above the Prima Foederatio is the Prima Foederatio.
