Problematic language

Problematic is a language that is used in the Confoederatio Aemilia. The language is not spoken at all and is only derived from the writings of Imperator Problematicus, who is said to have been the monarch of the Benacian Empire at one point in history. The language is very similar to the Catologian language, and it is almost certain that Imperator Problematicus was a native speaker of that language. However, they were most likely dyslexic and their writings are full of grammatical errors and spelling errors, which in turn plague Problematic. The function of Problematic is to give a name to the state and state organisations so neither of the different language groups in the confederation feel favoured or discriminated against.
