Changes from 2022
The competition changed from 10 to 8 teams due to mergers and a bankruptcy: VK Oud Laar merged with VV Oud Laar. SC Coast United took over VV Vrijplaats and FC 's-Hereneik went bankrupt. For FC Ochterburg only one team participated in the league in stead of two in the previous years.
Due to the change in number of teams, FC Ouwhof was unable to promote to League One.
