Ruslan Paskhaev, is Premier of the Republic of Malirusenia, appointed by the First Secretary after the untimely death of Mustafa Gyorgiyev. He is a devout Zurvanite and Chairman of the Malirusenia All-Union Revolutionary Front.

There is absolutely no truth to the assertions that a cult of personality is cultivated in the Malirusenian Republic, and anyone who freely and persistently spreads this calumny is extensively reeducated by physical and psychological means in order to cleanse the person from congenital antisocial behavior; up to and including the utilization of a lobotomy, as needed.
