Ratify the Treaty of Friendship and Cooperation between the Çakar Empire and the Federation of Nouvelle Alexandrie.
Introduced by Secretary of State Maximinus Kerularios,
1717 AN.
BE IT ENACTED by the King’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Cortes Federales, in this present 5th session assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-
GENERAL PROVISIONS.
Article 1: Short Title.
- This act shall be known as the Treaty of Tiegang Ratification Act, 1717.
TREATY OF TIEGANG RATIFICATION.
Article 2: Ratification of Treaty.
- The Treaty of Friendship and Cooperation between the Çakar Empire and the Federation of Nouvelle Alexandrie, also known as the Treaty of Tiegang, signed on 3.II.1717 AN (Schedule A), is hereby ratified and confirmed.
Article 3: Implementation of Treaty.
- The government of the Federation of Nouvelle Alexandrie shall take all necessary measures to give effect to the provisions of the Treaty of Tiegang, and shall ensure compliance with its terms and conditions.
- Once the Treaty has entered into force as provided by this Act, H.M. the King shall have the power to make regulations via Royal Decree for the implementation of the Treaty.
CLOSING PROVISIONS.
Article 4: Closing Provisions.
- This act shall not become law unless it has been given Royal Assent.
- The Treaty of Friendship and Cooperation between the Çakar Empire and the Federation of Nouvelle Alexandrie, signed on 3.II.1717 AN, is attached as Schedule A to this act.
- This act shall apply to all of the Federation of Nouvelle Alexandrie.
- This act shall be published and made publicly available.
- If any provision of this act, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, the remainder of the act, and the application of such provision to other persons or circumstances, shall not be affected thereby.
