The Chachis Del Nutra is the Hammish name of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Hamland. It literally translates as House of People or "House of Commons".
The Chachis Del Nutra was also the name of the Parliament of the Kingdom of Hamland which preceded the Commonwealth. It functions in the same way where every citizen is automatically an MP in the Parliament can can propose, debate and vote on bills affecting the state.
