The Pyrus Nuclear Power Plant is a nuclear facility located inside of the city of Pyrus, Genovia. The plant opened on the 23rd of January 2000 and since then has generated over 89% of all power used by the small nation. As the plant is so vital to Genovia's infrastructure, many attempted terror attacks have occurred there; most recently by operatives of the Principality of Graustark. The primary reason no attack has thus been successful, is because the plant is owned and operated by the Genovian government and is thus under the direct protection of country's military.
