Subdivisions of Highpass

Highpass is subdivided into wards, which are in turn divided into cities, towns, villages and rural boroughs. There are only two cities in Highpass, the capital Rhodondra and Spleazure. Each ward is supervised by a Fryheer or Frywiif, appointed by the Passikraap. The city of Rhodondra is commanded by a Runker Burkmeester, appointed by the Passikraap. All other city Burkmeesters are appointed by the local burgher councils.
