The Blepian Emergency was a conflict in the nation of Blepia between the Blepian Forces (with support from Hoenn and Shireroth) and a terrorist group known as the Warriors of Toxoplasmosis. The conflict began on 5 Fasmas 1657 AN when members of the Warriors of Toxoplasmosis armed with guns stolen from the Blepian Forces rose in the Blepian capital Nídobhá around 01:15 BST and began to gather around the Blepian parliament, the Tionól Blepa. Only 30 minutes after the first armed groups were reported, the Tionól Blepe was overran, the Best Human, Head Human, and Cabinet were evacuated, the entire city of Nídobhá was occupied by the Warriors of Toxoplasmosis, and similar events were beginning in Mharú dom Anois.

The Warriors of Toxoplasmosist are a radical theocratic organisation adhering to Toxoplasmosism, the major religion in Blepia. They have existed since the year 2013 and are heavily connected with the Blepian political party, the Toxoplasmosist Democratic Union.

An hour after the events in Nídobha started, connected Warriors of Toxoplasmosis cells rose in Mharú dom Anois but with different objectives. They began romping around the city running into homes and killing all inhabitants, sometimes detonating grenades. These were assumed to be diversionary attacks and were cleared within three hours of the beginning of the Emergency. At this time Hoenn offered support to the Blepian Forces in the form of expeditionary troops, as did Shireroth a few minutes after that.

As the international community learned of the events in Blepia, Blepian forces based at Ullmhaigh Chun-Bás began mobilizing and preparing to leave the base towards the conflict zones. As of the latest update, 7500 Blepian infantry have arrived in Nídobhá with a further 2000 on their way to Mharú dom Anois. A failed spearhead towards the Tionól Blepe around 03:00 BST left 500 Blepians dead but did provide information about events in the city and what was occuring, as well as the state of the MAs (Members of the Assembly) holed up in the building's basement. As Blepian forces were encircling Nídobha and thirty minutes later at 03:30 BST, snipers and assault teams totaling 200 men were dropped onto the roof of the Tionól Blepe and held out until the final liberation of the city.

At approximately 4:00 BST, Hoennese and Shirerothian troops arrived into Nídobhá and along with the Blepian forces began the final push into the city, liberating it entriely by 10:00 BST. In total, the control of the Warriors of Toxoplasmosis over Nídobhá lasted only eight hours.
