Taskmaster is a 1694 AN action thriller film based on the Tim Campbell book series of the same name following the story of the Taskmaster and his covert operations against criminal organisations around Micras.
Plot
A highly trained CIB operative secretly trained by the organisation is warned about a global threat that could change the balance of relations between the global pacts of Micras. The taskmaster is ordered to eliminate the threat but then learns the CIB has been compromised and Taskmaster must save the organisation and the World.
Taskmaster starts off in the city of Oldhaven with a concert about to start in one of its prestigious concert halls but as soon as the Orchestra has finished tuning, the conductor is shot is shot dead and a rampage of terrorist militia raid the auditorium taking the musicians and audience hostage.
CIB and FDI operatives including Taskmaster arrive on the scene with the signature gas mask whilst the concert hall has been contaminated with incapaciting agent. Operatives rush to eliminate the militia whilst Taskmaster attempts to rescue one of the VIPs who has had his operations compromised. It is revealed that the concert hall has been laid with a bioweapon bomb deep underground. Taskmaster rushes to find the device and defuses the bomb with with barely any seconds left.
After the successful operation, Taskmaster returns home but is then kidnapped unexpectedly by thugs. Taskmaster wakes up tied up alongside the VIP which Taskmaster encountered at the Concert Hall in abandoned rail tracks with senior leaders of the terrorist group. The VIP is executed but Taskmaster who refuses to disclose information takes a cyanide pill.
Taskmaster later wakes up the next day in CIB offices realising the pill was fake.

Reception
Taskmaster was well received within the Florian public and also gained favourable reviews in non-Florian markets. It became the highest-grossing film made by a Florian film studio only a couple of weeks after release. A prequel, Red Patriot is planned for 1710 AN.
