The Executive Committee for National Security is the Lhusan Sharamli committee responsible for policy areas related to domestic security and public safety. The committee was formed in 1703 and was preceded by the Department of Domestic Security. The committee consists of 35 members of the Lhusan Sharamli, chaired by Marino Halero and Kalina Puniso as co-chairpersons. The committee is supported by the Executive Committee for National Security Commissariat, formally reporting to the co-chairpersons. Day-to-day management of the commissariat is handled by a Commissar.
