Association football in New Batavia

Association football is a popular sport in New Batavia. There are currently two competing football federations that organize several competitions and cups:
- VBNB: Voetbalbond van Nieuw-Batavië (Football Association of New Batavia)
- NNVF: Nieuw-Bataafse Nationale Voetbalfederatie (New Batavian National Football Federation)
On December 11, 2020 the government recognized the VBNB to represent New Batavia in international competitions and tournaments.
