Sanaman Armed Forces reorganisation plan

The Sanaman Armed Forces initiated a plan to reorganise in 1690, encompassing all service, but primarily the Army and Air Force. The stated objective was to consolidate the services with combat force reductions to improve and expand support functions, and relocate bases to improve supply lines and defensive depth.
Changed command structure
- Operational command transferred from the service staffs to new combat commands
- Six combat commands:
- Western Command (WESTCOM), covering Cisamarra, Lagunas, Xolano, Fatehpur Sikri and Indipendensa
- Central Command (CENTCOM), covering Amarra Esa, Xawakalë, National Capital District and Thanatos
- Southern Command (SOUTHCOM), covering Lamika, Tikano and Niyi
- Eastern Command (EASTCOM), covering Enosa, Qalit and Semisa
- Northern Command (NORTHCOM), covering Highpass and Western Shimmerspring
- Expeditionary Command (EXCOM), commanding such units as assigned to it from either a geographical command, a support command or the reserves
- Three Support Commands:
- Special Forces Command (SOFCOM)
- Transportation Command (TRANSCOM)
- Strategic Command (STRATCOM)
- Each command controls the units subordinate to it regardless of service
- Each combat command contain two army divisions, one for combat forces and one for support forces, and an air group, coastal commands also contain a naval squadron

- Rhodondra Army Base relocated to Zoot, Highpass
- Freetellya Air Force Base relocated to Zoot, Highpass
- Zoot Joint Forces Base established
- Derry Army Base relocated to Raynortown
- Raynortown Army Base established
- Telljano Army Base relocated to Rosaria
- Rosaria Army Base established
- Lluson Garrison vacated and transferred to the Kalisa Rrumëli
Unit reductions
- Reduction of the Army to 15 brigade combat teams
