The Treaty of 1688 between Graecia and the Hexarchy about the naval and aerial border between them, more broadly known as the Treaty of 1688 AN or the Graecia-Hexarchy Treaty is the agreement between the People's Republic of Graecia and The Realms Represented by the Hexarchy of Pyrax, Eridu, and the Eventide Islands that defines and governs the boundaries between them.

OFFICIAL DIPLOMATIC AGREEMENT
Between the People's Republic of Graecia and The Realms Represented by the Hexarchy of Pyrax, Eridu, and the Eventide Islands (Hence referred to as the signatories, Graecia or The Hexarchy).
After long but fruitful discussions, and addressing the need for friendship, good neighborliness, and geo-strategic initiatives about the borderline and exclusive economic zones, the two signatory states agree to the following:
Chapter 1
The Maritime and Aerial boundaries of the signatories shall be defined as follows: The boundary shall begin 50 kilometers beyond the military base of Enkidu, which is located on The Hexarchy. On this line, it will continue westwards and eastwards, until it reaches the locations which are defined by Graecian law as Point West and Point East, respectively. The exclusive economic zone of both nations shall be 24 kilometers from their respective coastline.Chapter 2
Citizens of Graecia (or other states), or vehicles, terrestrial, naval or aerial, registered in them, shall not approach neither enter Ereshkigal Forest, an area considered dangerous because of it's wild natural species. However, Graecia, if the government of The Hexarchy requests so, is willing to assist them to resolve any dangers that jeopardizes either state's welfare.Chapter 3
Any non-military and non-fishing vessel regiestered in one of the two signatores may enter the other's territorial waters without any tax. An exemption is if the vessel approaches more than 24 kilometers, or if any activity that breaks any laws of either signatory takes place by or on the ship. If a fishing vessel enters, it will be seized by the navy of either signatory; if a military vessel enters without authorization, it will be consider an invasion and an act of war.Chapter 3
Any non-military aircraft registered in one of the two signatories may enter the other's aerial space without any tax. An exemption is if the aircraft flies below 10.000 feet, or if any activity that breaks any laws of either signatory takes place by or on the aircraft. If a military aircraft enters without authorization, it will be consider an invasion and an act of war.Chapter 4
Any taxes that may be imposed if a ship enters more than 24 kilometers or if a plane flies lower than 10.000 shall be the concern of the respective signatories governments.Chapter 5
It is an usual case that improperly trained dragons owned by the citizens of The Hexarchy may come out of control. Graecia shall only shoot down a dragon only if it seems that the safety of Graecia Island is jeopardized; otherwise, Graecia shall inform the authorities of The Hexarchy.
