ESB Provident

ESB Provident (Employee Security Bounty Provident) is an incorporated cooperative owned by all ESB non-officer employees. It is registered in Constancia and is doing business worldwide. It manages the ESB Employee Provident Fund, which is funded by payroll deductions and voluntary employee contributions. It also serves as a useful outlet for select employees to purchase shares in ESB companies as part of the employee stock plan or to participate in select investment opportunities. It also offers low-interest personal loans to ESB employees.

It is managed independently, but administratively reports to the ESB Directorate of Financial and Legal Services.
