The Gerenian League 2 (Gerenian: Leran Žerénies 2), is the second-tier football league in Gerenia, run by the SZŽ. The league involves six teams, each playing twenty-eight games, totalling 112 games, a season. The season begins in September and ends in April, with most games being played on Saturdays.
History
Gerenian League 2 was founded in September 2012, and the first season kicked-off on September 16 with six teams.
The league is meant to be expanded, from six to eight teams, from mid-season (January 2013).
