Sinaran Pasport Kegemilangan (Phinbellan for Excessive Passport Radiation) is a competition to showcase talent among talented people in the arts across Phinbella. It first aired on NNN, HiFISPBN and TPBN in RP 2610 and began airing on June 4 that year. The first season in which Shamsul Ghau Ghau with his tag-line of fragrance he emerged as the winner. The focus of the Sinaran Pasport Kegemilangan is often changing, where it focuses more on comedy, and some focus on singing.
Sinaran Pasport Kegemilangan is still in effect today, although the tenth season began in November of the previous year. The eighth season of the show is called Sinaran 2638 (Radiation 2638), while the Sinaran Pertiwi (Indigenous Radiation) that focuses on patriotic songs will be broadcast in RP 2617 and is considered to be out of season with the show.
Sinaran Pasport Kegemilangan seeks to discover the best young singer and comedian in the country through several auditions held nationwide. The objective of awarding a large amount of prize money is to provide the winner with quality production and marketing resources. In the later stages of the competition the progress of the contestants is determined by public voting by social media (such as Instagram story a.k.a. Instastory or IG story). This is also the first reality singing competition that allows viewers to vote in as well as vote out the contestants.
The show features two judges who critique the contestants' performances to facilitate the voting: former singer and music lecturer Kim Hae-yeon and brand manager for NNN, Paul Moss. The show is hosted by Ani Maiyuni and Farouk Hussein.
