Armiger Federal Republic of Phinbella
Adopted 20 March RP 2616
Crest A demi-lion rampant guardant supporting in the paws a staff proper, thereon flying to the flag of Phinbella.
Escutcheon Equal divisions of five colours topped by four equally spaced narrow white stripes with a two orange-gold disc over the middle two lines in the center, sided by a the Prince of Wales's feathers, crenellation, and waves to the left and and gate of A Famosa to the right, and based on divisions containing blue and white lozenges.

The coat of arms of the Federal Republic of Phinbella was granted in RP 2616. The current coat of arms adopted in RP 2616 as the Phinbellan coat of arms descended from that of the Malaysian states under British colonial rule, it resembles European heraldic designs. It's that replacing a previous coat of arms are used in RP 2612 until 19 March RP 2616.

The arms were designed by Mat A'an Flynn and Ikmal Hakimi, with artistic assistance by Mat Phineas Flynn.

The national symbol found on top of the helmet for Phinbella is the demi-lion rampant guardant holding the flag of Phinbella, that are containing a nine yellow stars and Mat Phineas Flynn, but without a canton of Union Jack. This is representative of the Phinbellans.

At the point of adoption, the shield was composed of the following elements:

  • In chief, the bore four equally spaced narrow white stripes with a two orange-gold disc over the middle two lines in the center, undulating horizontally across a blue field representing the Captive Sea and the sun shining upon the waves;
  • The five colours (red, yellow, blue, white and black), representing a majority ethnic groups, Pahanese (white and black, Flag of Pahang), Korean (red and blue, Taegeuk), Indian (yellow), Thraci (white) and Aborigines (black);
  • In pale, blue and white lozenges;
  • In dexter, the Prince of Wales's feathers, crenellation, and waves, representing a maritime territories and also Eurasians; and
  • In sinister, and gate of A Famosa.
