The Tellian city and enclave of Mamehblinij, a regional administrative centre for the autonomous territory of Merenolitovina, is wholly landlocked within the Shirerithian territory of Lachmeren. Represented internationally by the Merenolitovina national football team, the sole functioning public body located within the enclave.

The city proved to be a popular way-station for the 'Nclavesci, migrating out of the Tellian Mandate towards the Inner Benacian green after the collapse of Minarboria.
