The current Constitution of Talenore was promulgated by the state authorities in V.1674 following the 1674 Talenore coup d'état.

Article III - The Monarchy

1. The office of head of state is vested in Salome Ylva Octavia Ayreon-Kalirion ibn al-Majeed al-Osman bin Sathrati of Waffel-Paine, and her legitimate descendants in accordance with law.
