The Reegional League Championship (often referred to as Hamland Regional League) is the third-highest division overall in the Hammish football league system after the Hammish Premier League and the Second Division Championship.

It was introduced for the 2011, introducing teams from all over the Country, with a total of 24 teams. It was a completely federal tournament, with all the regions being represented, with the only exception of Taeland, that have all their existing teams both in Premier and in Second Division.

They play in four groups of six teams each, playing home and away. Top two teams of each group classify to the Final Groups, which will play home and away to get a winner. The Team that wins group A faces the winner of group B to define the Champion. The final of Regional League is played on St. Josaphat Stadium.

At the end of the season, the Champion is promoted to the Second Division Championship, and the last team of the Second Division is demoted to this category.

On the first season, two teams were promoted: the winner of Final Group A and Final Group B, following the expansion of the Second Division from six to eight teams.

For Season 2012 two Passassian teams were added to replace the two promoted ones.
