The Stratus Design Company, also known as Stratus Aircraft, is a aircraft manufacturing and design company headquartered in Boulonne, Meckelnburgh. Founded in 1719 AN with a grant from the Ministry of Defense Affairs, Stratus Aircraft specializes in the design of trainer aircraft for military and government usage. Its main manufacturing plant is located in Victoria, Meckelnburgh. The company relies on a 45% ownership subsidy from the Meckelnburgh government.

Stratus Aircraft is expected to deliver its first shipment of aircraft in 1724 AN, the piston-engine T-1 Débutants, to the Royal Meckelnburgh Air Force. The second generation of turbo-piston and turboprop trainers is expected to begin delivery in 1726 AN with the T-2 Apprenants and T-3 Étudiants. The company hopes to introduce its first generation of twin-engined jet trainers, the T-110 Stagiaires and T-120 Cadets, in 1733 AN.
