Kattuz

The kattuz are a mostly hominid species, more specifically a human-feline hybrid people that was the result of genetic experimenting done by the Jingdaoese Imperial Armed Forces' Unit 666 in order to create superhuman soldiers. While the experiments were successful in creating superb and cunning warriors, the kattuz turned out to be too strong-willed and stubborn to participate in the hierarchical Imperial Armed Forces and were to be destructed. Having learned that their creators were going to destroy them, the kattuz fled from the compound of Unit 666 and created their own safehaven in the far south of Micras, in the city of Snaiwdene.
