The Çakaristan national football team is the football team which currently represents the Great Apollonian constituent nation of Çakaristan, and previously represented the independent nation of the same name. It is a member of the AEFA, and is run by the ÇFF. The team is the official successor of Sylvania, and as such retains its records.
History
The team was founded in late 2020 after the foundation of Çakaristan as the successor state to Sylvania. They first competed in the 2021 FMF World Cup qualification rounds, finishing fourth in their five-team group with five points. Later in the year, Çakaristan joined with Jingdao to form Great Apollonia, with each constituent nation retaining its separate FMF membership.
Chronological competitive participation
Kit
Both team kits contain the colours of the Çakari flag. The home colours are entirely the colours of the flag, with green most prominent and the pattern is a graphic representation of a tiger's roar in tangerine yellow. The away colours are in a different proportion to the two colours on the flag, with yellow the main colour. In addition, the shorts are black.
