The Port Balaine Superleague (PBS) is the sole national association football league in Port Balaine. The league was organized in 2021 to formalize the senior play of Balainese football. It is organized by the Port Balaine Football Association, though its clubs are privately owned. The Superleague hosts 34 teams across the top four levels of the Balainese football pyramid.
Clubs
Clubs in the Superleague are organized privately. Some, especially in the Premiership, are operated professionally for profit. Most are semi-professional or amateur.
