"Amen Amen O Wieom-itneun Junim" (Hangul: 아멘 아멘 오 위엄있는 주님) is a territorial or regional anthem of the Phinbellan Maritime Territories, an administrative unit under the Phinbellan Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Cities and Regional Development and consists of three territories. The lyrics in this anthem were written by Mat Phineas Flynn and Mat A'an Flynn who also wrote the lyrics to the Phinbella national anthem, Die Stem van Phinbella, and it just so happened that the two persons were from the territories of this administrative unit. The lyrics officially were written in RP 2615, but the song has been adopted in all three territories by RP 2610 without any official lyrics and this official lyrics have been in use since RP 2616.

As a directly administered territory within the Free area of the Federation, and in the Federal Republic of Phinbella in particular, the official national anthem is Die Stem van Phinbella.
