ULAS Salonigrad, JV is an joint-venture company between the Hazari company ULAS Motors and the Goverment of the People's Republic of Graecia, located on the capital city of Salonigrad. Been the second Graecian automotive factory after the Salonigrad Automobiles Factory, it manufactures automobiles of the ULAS brand for export (mainly in neighboring countries). Also, it has already started to produce cheap version of them with the shared SAF brand, to be sold only on Graecia.

Currently, ULAS salonigrad manufactures a large portion of all the models of the ULAS Motors (except the GT-77X). The current production output is around 500.000 vehicles a year.
