The EMUFA Championships (often abbreviated to EMUs) is the international continental association football competition in the EMUFA.

The tournament is contested every two years, although it is being considered switching to an annual tournament after the success of EMU '11. The tournament was first contested in 2007, with the nations competing having applied successfully to be included. Since then, there have been three tournaments.

Qualification

From the 2009 tournament onwards, the FMF World Cup qualification has served as a qualifying tournament for the EMU Championships. In 2009, only the top team in each group qualified for the competition. In 2011, the number of competitors increased to 12, with the top two in each qualifying group, plus the highest third placed team, earning a place in the tournament.
