Zemlya Moroz is a young micronation on Leng in Micras. Zemlya Moroz is a nation built as a testament to the winter season, which places a large emphasis on Russian culture. It claims an entire mountain pass on the island, yet is relatively small. As the island is rather south in the permanent ice fields, relatively small patches of forest do exist. These woods are used to create the eloquent wooden houses of Zemlya Moroz. In the far north, during the summer, camps are sent out in order to collect peat from the northern coast of Leng, which is then used to heat homes. If peat runs out, wood may be used but it is rare that it is, due to strong regulations on the use of wood, in order to preserve it for homes and for tradespeople.
