- Spitevice Group: In IX.1731 AN the Spitevice Group of the Sovereign Confederation was directed by the General Plenipotentiary to make the assembly lines and machine tooling acquired from Assayer Armaments available to serve the requirements of the Union-State. Realms had been directed to mobilise large numbers of meritorious subjects for military service in line with quotas set by the Congress of Chryse, leading inevitably to the discovery of large material shortfalls. A million extra rifles would need to be sourced over the next year, and this would be the task facing Spitevice.
