Luchtfietsmakers Ltd. (LFM; operating as LuchtfietsMakers) is an aircraft manufacturing and design company founded and headquartered in St. Cloud, in central Meckelnburgh. The company was organized in 1667 AN by friends aerospace engineer Célia Urquhart and test pilot Jef Zoë van Aarle. LuchtfietsMakers has since grown into the largest aircraft manufacturer in Meckelnburgh, with 707 employees.
The company's focus is the development and manufacture of two-seater light sport aircraft suitable for casual flight. A total of eight models have been designed and seven put into production (one sold as plans). All aircraft LuchtfietsMakers manufactures are amphibious and can transverse land, water or snow without adapting the landing gear.
