Vroanshampul, officially the Krasnovlac's Autonomous Region of Vroanshampul (abbr. KAR Vroanshampul or KARoV), is a special autonomous region of Krasnovlac off the coastline of Eura. Housing 16,000 people, Vroanshampul is considered a dictatorship completely separate of the Krasno territory.
