Shiro I of Ralgon
Born 1650 AN, he is currently 88 years old. He currently serves as the Ralgon Emperor, reigning since New Year's Day, 1673. He currently in year 65 as their Emperor. He is also the head of state (ex officio) of Adrestia as the King of that country, his title being made official in early 1675 AN.
His full title is Shiro the First of That Name, Lord of the Ralgons1, King of Stormhold2, King of the Mountain3, King of Adrestia4, Emperor of Drag'os5, Defender of the Faith, and Liberator of the Senate and People of Drag'os.
Since the 1680's AN, he has seen his power wax and wane with crises and subsequent recoveries. As the leader of the Ralgonese state, his authority barely stretches beyond the island of Drag'os, with the majority of the Empire now being under the rule of Adrestia, the other constituent half of the Empire.
Upon his death or abdication as Emperor, it is likely that the Ralgon state will split up, or the Imperial title transferred to Adrestia under their current Imperial Prince of Adrestia. The royal title will then become natively Adrestian, due to agreements that saw it remain in the Empire after the Ralgon Civil War and surrounding crises.
