The President of the Council of Ministers (Wieniecian: Prezes Rady Ministrów) is the leader of the cabinet and the head of government of Wieniec. The responsibilities and traditions of the office are seen through the Constitution of 1701.
The President of Wieniec nominates and appoints the prime minister, who will then makes up the cabinet.[1] Fourteen days following his or her appointment, the prime minister must submit a programme outlining the government's agenda to the Sejmik, requiring a vote of confidence.[2]
The current and eighteenth Prime Minister is Szymon Zandberg of the Together party. Zandberg replaced incumbent premier Hubert Kowal, who resigned on 1744.
